The history of pascualito cabrejas director and keyboardist dates back to 1980 in Guantanamo, the firs group of pascualito was called “Gray” and after were named as how is called now “Tumbao Habana”. this new young musicians decide to realize a project with the same musical interest and using a name “Tumbao Habana”
The characteristic of Tumbao Habana is a mix influence of Changuí, ChaChaChá, Mambo, Mozambique Salsa, Timba,Bachata, Cumbia & Latin Jazz.
in 2010 will be their 13th anniversary of the creation of the band by pascualito,who’s founded the band in 1997
Tumbao Habana has released two albums Tumbao Habana (2000) and Ese Huevo Quiere Sal (2002), and now they have their newly CD “Mambo Duro” after many years of recording pause
Tumbao Habana have achieved to perform in many diverse places across the world like Japan, Peru,Europe and Mexico.now in 2010 they announces a tour in Europe, starting in France.more info will be updated soon
