Mandy Cantero is the new singer of Los Van Van & Dantes has left Charanga Habanera | News
Los Van Van have officially announced the withdrawal of Mayito Rivera as a member of the legendary band Los Van Van known as Los Rolling Stones from Cuba.
Mayito Rivera is singer & composer who has born in Pinar del Rio in 1966, has worked in many orchestras like grupo danson, el zorro, los van van, and he has done some solo albums (only 2) with relative success.
Mandy Cantero is now as the news has spread in all the timba scene (including forums) is the replacement for Mayito Rivera. Mandy Cantero last work was with Pupy Y Los Que Son Son.
Another not very good news for the ladies, is that Dantes Cardoza known as “Ricky Ricon” has left Charanga Habanera and signed a contract to sing with the popular peruvian cumbia band “Grupo 5″
